The Sacred Exhale is a deeply relaxing and restorative sound healing experience designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and come back home to yourself.
If you’ve been running on empty…If your mind won’t quiet and your body feels tense…This is your invitation to exhale.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rainstick, ocean drum, and grounding rhythm of the drum, you’ll be gently guided out of the mental noise and into the stillness your soul has been craving.

What to Expect:
A brief introduction to sound healing and its benefits for stress relief
Guided meditation + intention setting
A 45–50 minute immersive sound healing journey
Grounding and reflection to close
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable lying down.
You’re invited to get as cozy as you’d like—this is a space for deep rest and release.

About Your Guide:
Maria Voorhees-Reincke is an intuitive energy healer, certified sound healing practitioner, and Reiki Master with a heart for helping others reclaim their peace after trauma, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Her work blends ancient sound healing practices with deep energetic intuition to create sacred spaces where transformation can gently unfold. Through her own journey of healing from abuse and trauma, Maria discovered the power of sound as a pathway back to safety, softness, and self-worth.
